Liu is a native of Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province, born in 1986, party member, China. Born in July, 1965, 1, 1985 graduated from the Department of Thermophysical Engineering of Tianjin University, and has been teaching in the School of Materials (formerly Shandong Institute of Building Materials) of Jinan University ever since. 65438-0990 studied gas-solid two-phase flow in the Department of Power Engineering of Southeast University, graduated from 65438-0993 with a master's degree. 1997 promoted to associate professor; In 2003, he was promoted to professor; He is currently the deputy director of the Science and Technology Department of Jinan University, studying for a doctorate at Wuhan University of Technology.

In teaching, he taught many main courses to undergraduates, such as fluid mechanics pump and fan, silicate engineering thermodynamics, silicate thermal energy engineering, silicate thermal energy foundation, fluid mechanics and heat transfer, fluid mechanics and equipment, thermal process and equipment, etc. At the same time, he also opened a gas-solid two-phase flow course for graduate students. Since my work, I have directed the graduation thesis or graduation design of all previous undergraduates. Among the students I have supervised, 1 students won the "Excellent Bachelor Thesis of Shandong Province" and many students won the "Excellent Bachelor Thesis of Jinan University".

In scientific research, he is mainly engaged in the diagnosis of kiln thermal performance, the design and development of thermal fluid machinery, and the theory and application of gas-solid two-phase flow, especially pneumatic conveying.

Since my work, I have participated in three national projects; Hosting or participating in 12 other vertical scientific research projects, including 5 projects; Presided over 6 horizontal science and technology service projects. Won a second prize for scientific and technological progress in Shandong Province, a second prize for outstanding teaching achievements in Shandong Province, and a third prize for scientific and technological progress in Shandong Provincial Department of Education. Design of Dry Discharge System of Fly Ash in Power Plant and Comprehensive Treatment and Application of Fly Ash

With the development of environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of fly ash, the development and application of dry ash discharge system in thermal power plants have been paid attention to, which has a positive effect on turning waste into treasure, controlling pollution, protecting the environment and saving resources.

In this project, dry ash is discharged by dense-phase pneumatic conveying technology with solid-gas ratio greater than 35. Compared with other forms of pneumatic conveying, this technology mainly has the following advantages:

Large conveying capacity; The solid-gas ratio of transportation is high; Less energy is needed for transportation (only half of the energy needed for dilute phase transportation); Long conveying distance (up to more than 2 kilometers); Low speed transportation, less pipeline wear; Simple equipment, less investment and high degree of automation; High economic benefit (for power plants, the equipment investment can be recovered within one year).

Fly ash can be further treated and applied after it is transported from the dust collector to ash storage. For example, raw ash can be selected and classified to improve the added value of fly ash and make the best use of it. This technology also has a broad application prospect in other industries with powdery material transportation requirements.
