Three, the library is the key unit of fire prevention, smoking and using fire in the library is strictly prohibited; It is forbidden to bring flammable, explosive and corrosive chemicals into the library.
Please pay attention to dressing neatly when entering the library. Please don't wear vest, slippers and shorts.
5. Personal belongings such as schoolbags are stored in parcel boxes. Please don't store personal documents, money and other valuables. If you lose them, you are responsible. Don't occupy the parcel box to store all kinds of articles overnight.
6. Please keep quiet in the library: please turn off your mobile phone when entering the library, and you are not allowed to make or receive calls in the reading room; Please speak softly in the library so as not to affect others' reading.
Please keep the museum clean: spitting, littering and confetti are forbidden in the museum; It is forbidden to bring food and drinks into the museum.
Eight, behave politely, please don't grab seats.
9. Take care of books and periodicals and all public property: it is forbidden to enclose, tear, cut or defile books and periodicals; It is forbidden to smear, scratch and destroy public equipment such as electrical appliances, tables and chairs in the museum.
Ten, without permission, shall not post or distribute advertisements and other promotional materials in the museum.
Eleven, please don't use the public * * * query machine to do things that have nothing to do with literature information query.
Twelve, in violation of the above provisions, the staff has the responsibility to stop and criticize, serious cases will be dealt with according to the relevant provisions. First, you should take the initiative to show your "campus card" when you enter the library, exchange the voucher for the borrowing board at the entrance, and put the borrowing board back when you leave the library.
Two, not to carry school bags, rain gear, bring your own books (including borrowed books) or other items for storage.
3. When selecting books in the stacks with substitute books, you must replace the position of reading books with substitute books, and then take out the substitute books after the books are inserted back into their original positions; If the book can't be put back in its original position, it should be put on the designated shelf. It is strictly forbidden to insert books at will, so as not to confuse the arrangement order and affect other readers' classified search and use of books and materials.
Four, abide by public morality and order, no noise, noisy, ensure the safety, hygiene and quiet of the stacks.

Second, the number and duration of borrowing books.
1. Number of books borrowed: 30 in-service employees with the titles of doctor and associate senior (including associate senior) or above, 20 in-service employees with intermediate titles, 15 for other in-service employees and 5 for retirees; Postgraduates 15 volumes, undergraduates and junior college students (including full-time adult education students) 7 volumes; The number of other personnel other than the above is 3 volumes. All the above readers' borrowing volumes include 1 this literary book (3 books can be borrowed for literature teaching-related majors) and 1 this CD attached with the book.
2. Borrowing period: The borrowing period of books for faculty and graduate students is 90 days. The borrowing period of books for undergraduates, junior college students and other personnel is 30 days.
Iii. Matters needing attention in loan
1. Book borrowing inspection: When borrowing or publishing books, please check whether there are pages missing, damaged, smeared, etc. in person, and explain and stamp the problems to the staff in time. Otherwise, the borrower will be responsible for the problems found when returning the book.
2. Book renewal: Borrowed books should be returned on time. If you need to continue to use this book, you can renew it online or go to the library. Renewal can only be made within 2- 15 days before the book expiration date, and the renewal time is 30 days from the date of renewal. If readers apply for an appointment to borrow books, the library will not renew them. If there are expired books in the books borrowed by readers, all books cannot be renewed.
3. Books overdue: In order to ensure the rights and interests of most readers, readers who fail to return books before the specified date must return overdue books before borrowing new books.
4. Reminder: If the library urgently needs to borrow books and periodicals, the staff will urge them to be returned in the system, adjust the return time and send a reminder notice to the book holder. Readers should return the notice immediately after receiving it. Books that have been urged to return will not be renewed.
Four, books and periodicals literature loss and damage treatment
1. Books and periodicals are state property, and readers should consciously take care of them. Bad behaviors such as dismantling, cutting, scratching, painting and stealing shall be handled according to the relevant provisions of the Library's Compensation Measures for Loss and Damage of Documents.
2. Readers who have lost books and periodicals due to improper storage shall be dealt with according to the relevant provisions of our library's "Measures for Compensation for Loss and Damage of Documents".

1, foreign units come to the library to consult books and periodicals, and contact the information service department with valid certificates, which shall be handled in accordance with the Measures for Service for Off-campus Readers.
2. For books and periodicals borrowed in the library, please refer to the detailed provisions of the borrowing system in each room.
