Stamp collecting magazine does not intend to hold the national best stamp selection conference every year. However, stamp collectors all over the country believe that it is very meaningful for stamp collectors to hold the national best stamp selection conference. That is to deepen the impression of last year's stamps and further improve the understanding of stamp collectors on stamp issuance.
