According to the provisions of the Notice of the National Copyright Administration on Conscientiously Implementing the Relevant Provisions on Copyright Trade with Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao, the Notice on the Registration of Books Published Abroad, and the Notice of the Beijing Copyright Administration on the Responsibility of the Central Publishing House for Auditing Copyright Trade Contracts Involving Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao, our bureau audited and registered the copyright trade contracts of books published by publishing units in this Municipality. The undertaking department is the copyright administration department. Procedures for examination and registration of copyright contracts for publishing overseas books II. All book publishing units in Beijing shall, within 7 days from the date of signing a book copyright trade contract with foreign countries or with Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao, send the original contract to the Beijing Copyright Bureau for examination and registration. The publishing unit shall submit the following materials when submitting the contract for review: 1. Original and photocopy of the contract for publishing overseas books (power of attorney of the copyright owner); 2, signed by the person in charge of the publishing unit and stamped with the seal of the legal person) a Chinese translation; 3. Copies of overseas books and their title pages and copyright pages involved in the publishing contract 1 copy (the copyright pages must be translated into Chinese and stamped with the corporate seal); 4. Beijing Copyright Bureau shall complete the examination and registration within 7 days from the date of accepting the registration, affix a special seal for contract registration on the contract and return it to the publishing unit. And report the copy of the contract and the contract registration number issued to the National Copyright Administration for the record. 4. When an overseas book that has been audited and registered is published, its copyright page must indicate the contract registration number; After the book is published, submit two sample books to Beijing Copyright Bureau. Five, Beijing publishing unit cooperation in publishing overseas books and publishing audio-visual products contract, should also be reported to the Beijing Municipal Copyright Bureau for examination and registration. When publishing overseas audio-visual products that have been audited and registered, the contract registration number must be marked on the products; After the publication of audio-visual products, two samples shall be submitted to Beijing Copyright Bureau.
