The main building is in the form of double eaves, glazed tile roof with empty sparrow fence, light cream tile exterior wall, granite base stone steps and white marble railing. The above-ground library 19 floor and the underground library have 3 floors, with a construction area of 60,000 square meters and a designed collection of 20 million books.
