Xiangya Library of Central South University takes the new teaching area library as the main body and is distributed in five teaching areas. At present, the library has a total area of 70,000 square meters, 12 departments, more than 5,500 browsing seats, and is open to the public for 70- 105 hours every week. By the end of 20 10, the library had produced 4.2 million paper reference books, 0.4 million electronic books and 25,000 electronic periodicals.
