Project overview: The construction scale covers an area of 19475 m2, with a building area of 83482m2.

Number of floors: aboveground 16, and underground 3.

The building eaves are 60 meters high.

Elevation 0.000 outdoor 53.00 basement 52.4- 13.7

The functional building area above ground is 56934m2, including 38750m2 office building, 20856m2 commercial building and 6000m2 library. The underground construction area is 26448m2.

Structure type frame-shear wall

Foundation form Raft foundation

According to the site and construction arrangement, slope is adopted around the foundation pit, and the slope gradient is 1∶0.2, and the slope is supported by soil nailing wall and bolting and shotcreting. Earthwork excavation adopts mechanical excavation, and the reserved soil layer at the basement is removed manually. The mechanical excavation volume is 170 136m3, and the manual excavation volume is 1925m3.

3. Construction deployment

According to the precipitation observation, after the excavation conditions are met, the excavation starts from the walking direction from west to east. Three WY 160 backhoe excavators, 20 dump trucks and 1 truck crane are used to lift the foundation pit soil when cleaning the foundation soil manually. The specific steps are as follows:

4. Operation process

4. 1 Earthwork Excavation

4. 1.65438+

4. 1.2 Mechanical excavation is carried out in three steps, the first step is to dig 3.5m, the second step is to dig 4.5m, and the third step is to dig 4.8m. 20cm soil layer is reserved for manual cleaning. (See chapter group of foundation pit excavation for details)

4. 1.3 The first step is to remove the surface muck layer to 2m below the natural floor, and proceed from west to east, and reserve a slope of 20cm for manual cleaning during excavation. Dig the foundation soil in the center of the foundation pit to -3.5m, and reserve 8m around it as the working face for anchor construction of soil nailing wall. Trim the slope with excavation, and carry out soil nailing wall construction of the slope (see dewatering slope protection scheme for details). When the concrete of the soil nailing wall reaches the allowable strength in the first step (generally, after the concrete of the soil nailing wall is sprayed 12h), the soil layer of the working face reserved around the first part is excavated, and the slope is trimmed along with the excavation to construct the soil nailing wall of the slope.

4. 1.4 The first step of digging is over, and the second step of digging is started after the concrete of soil nailing wall reaches the allowable strength. The excavator returns to the starting point of the first excavation, and carries out the second excavation to -8m along the first walking direction. The construction personnel shall do a good job in slope trimming and soil nailing wall construction at the same time.

4. 1.5 The second excavation is over, and the third excavation is started after the concrete of soil nailing wall reaches the allowable strength. The third step is to excavate to-12.8 m, and carry out slope trimming and soil nailing wall construction along with the excavation.

4. 1.6 When the excavation is within 50cm from the bottom of the pit, surveyors will copy out the 50cm horizontal line, nail the horizontal elevation Xiao Mu wedge on the groove help, copy out several datum points in the foundation pit, and pull the line for leveling.

4. 1.7. The width is 4m and the slope is 15. When the track is closed, most of the track soil will be poured out by two excavators, the rest will be cleaned manually, hoisted out by crane, and scaffolding will be set up for soil nailing wall construction.

4. 1.8 When the mechanical excavation reaches the last step, the surveyors will immediately release the basement slope line and the exploration points of the foundation trench drilling, and start the exploration and construction of the foundation trench drilling.

4. 1.9 After drilling, the foundation trench shall be accepted. After passing the test, manually excavate 20cm of reserved soil, measure 50cm standard ruler with a ruler, and check the elevation of the basement at any time. And the edge of the groove is placed on the cleaned substrate. Manual soil removal is backward. If the trolley must walk on the excavated foundation soil, it must be padded with wooden boards or thick iron sheets, and the foundation soil shall not be disturbed.

4. 1. 1 1 During the construction period, standard piles, observation points and pipe networks should be well protected, and an application should be made to the relevant departments in time to deal with the cultural relics of ancient tombs.

4. 1. 12 In order to prevent groundwater and rainwater from soaking the bottom of the pool, a temporary drain with a width of 30cm and a width of 50cm is reserved along the edge of the foundation pit, and a temporary puddle is set at the corner. Each pit is equipped with a water pump, and the water in the pit can be pumped out at any time.
