Article 2 Rights and obligations of Party A

5. Party A mainly delivers goods according to the order quantity submitted by Party B, and may also deliver new books according to market conditions.
6. Party A conducts business check with Party B once a month to verify whether the types and quantities of books actually distributed and paid in that month are consistent.
Article 3 Rights and obligations of Party B

Article 5 Delivery and Acceptance
