The library consists of one room and five departments, including office, editorial department, circulation department, periodical department, reading department and modern technical service department, which perform various management and service functions of the library respectively. The library currently has 52 employees, 7 with senior titles and 24 with intermediate titles, of which 60% have intermediate and senior titles. There are 29 people with bachelor degree or above, accounting for 56% of the total number.
