The library of Liaoning Normal University covers an area of 4,000 square meters and will be put into use in 2020. At present, there are social science lending area, natural science lending area, history lending area, literature lending area, more than 500 reading seats, as well as electronic reading room, periodical reading area, research and discussion area, leisure area, audio-visual appreciation area and other functional service areas.

It mainly collects books on law, tourism economy, advertising, communication, linguistics, literature, film and television art, history, biological science, agricultural science, computer science and environmental science.
