Campus environmental sanitation directly affects the quality of study, work and life of teachers and students. In order to strengthen and standardize the cleaning of campus environmental sanitation, improve the physical and mental health level of teachers, students and employees in the whole school, and create a good educational environment, the Measures for the Administration of Campus Environmental Sanitation are formulated.

Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 These Measures are formulated in order to strengthen and standardize the environmental sanitation and cleaning work on campus, improve the physical and mental health level of teachers, students and employees of the whole school, and create a good educational environment.

Article 2 The environmental sanitation cleaning task of the school is mainly completed by the personnel organized by the Logistics Greening and Environmental Sanitation Department, which requires the active cooperation and compliance of the teachers, students and employees of the whole school.

Article 3 All departments and individuals of the College shall abide by these measures and have the right to enjoy a good sanitary environment. Chapter II Organizational Structure

Article 4 Schools shall set up patriotic health work committees to be responsible for health supervision and management. The director in charge of health work concurrently serves as the director of Aiweihui, and the executive deputy director concurrently serves as the logistics director, responsible for daily work. The person in charge of the hospital office, school hospital, trade union, Youth League Committee and other relevant departments is the deputy director. Regularly study, arrange and check health work.

Article 5 The Ivy Association of the College shall set up an office, and the office shall be located in the Logistics Department. Every department, department, department has a special person who is responsible for checking the health work of the undergraduate course room.

Chapter III Responsibilities and Precautions of Cleaners

Seventh cleaning staff must be responsible for the health of the area, cleaning and cleaning on time.

In particular, the toilets on each floor should be cleaned at any time to eliminate the odor, and the steps of the corridor should be cleaned in time.

Tenth departments and households in the campus area (including the construction units in the campus, the same below) must regularly clean the divided health responsibility areas and always keep them clean and tidy.

Eleventh adhere to the weekend health day system, a small sweep every day, a big sweep every Monday, all departments should organize personnel to carefully clean the indoor and outdoor and health contracting areas.

Twelfth departments and households must dump garbage into garbage bins (boxes), and it is strictly forbidden to dump it anywhere to prevent the burning of garbage and leaves from polluting the environment.

Thirteenth garbage should be cleaned up every day and removed in time. Vehicles shall not be thrown along the way, and the surrounding area of the garbage platform (box) shall be kept clean. Garbage bins and trash cans should be kept clean and tidy.

Fifteenth teachers and students of the whole school should take good care of health facilities and develop good health habits. It is strictly prohibited to depict and post on various buildings, facilities and trees.
