1. Select the paper you want. Select a cardboard to support your bookmark, and then paste another pattern or image on it. You can use other paper to collage, or you can choose multiple patterns at will.

2. Paper cutting. Bookmarks can be as big as you like. Cut the cardboard into small and inconspicuous bookmarks only 2.5 mm long, or choose to make traditional bookmarks 5 to 7.5 mm wide. Don't make the bookmark longer than 15 cm, or the bookmark will protrude from the top or bottom of the book.

Step 3 add details. Use screened decorative paper or pattern, cut it out and stick it on the cardboard. You can paste a textured paper or a pattern cut from a magazine on the whole card paper to add style to your handmade works.

You can consider using a manual liquid gel similar to epoxy glue to color both sides of the bookmark. Apply one side at a time, dry and then apply the other side.

5. Make the final changes. Punch a hole at the top of the bookmark with a punch. Cut the ribbon of 15 into 20cm, and then fold it in half. Pass one end of the circle through the hole in the bookmark, then pass the tail of the other end through the circle and tighten it.

The second way to make beautiful bookmarks is as follows:

1, create your style. Draw a 12.5x 12.5cm square on the note with a pencil. Take out a ruler and divide the square into four parts, that is, there are four small squares in a big square. Then erase the square in the upper right corner, so that you have an "L" shape consisting of three small squares.

2. Divide the square in the upper left corner diagonally from the lower left corner to the upper right corner. Now you have divided this square into two triangles. So is the square in the lower right corner. Today, only the square in the lower left corner still maintains its original shape.

3. Fill the triangle. Fill the triangle at the top and bottom quickly with a pencil. Now you should only have the square in the lower left corner and the triangle in the upper right corner.

4. Cut out this shape. Cut along the periphery of the shape you draw, and cut out the colored triangles. You now have a shape similar to the left arrow.

5. Make your bookmark in this style. Put the cut shape on the cardboard or art paper of your choice. Draw a shape on the card paper according to the pattern and cut it out.

6. Fold the shape. Fold two triangles into a square. Now you have a square (overlapping with two triangles on the square).

7. put it away. Glue the upper and lower triangles together to form a bag. If you like, you can cut off the bottom of the square to make the shape symmetrical.

8. Decorate your bookmarks. Decorative paper can be added to the front and back of your triangle pocket. You can consider drawing or writing your favorite quotations or lyrics in front. When you are satisfied with the finished product, you are done! Put it in the corner of your favorite book that needs to be marked.
