It is located in the north of Sida Logistics Corridor in the west of the city, starting from Sheng Da Avenue (Lianghe River) in the west, east to Harbin-Dalian Passenger High-speed Railway, north to Qian Shan West Road and south to Renmin Road. The first phase covers an area of 1.28 million square meters, with a construction area of 800,000 square meters. It is divided into six functional areas: teaching area, administrative office area, cultural and sports activity area, production practice area, central landscape area and living area. It is planned to build 17 vocational schools and 1 training centers, as well as the Olympic Sports Center and the Municipal Science and Technology Library.
