Lump sum contract tender announcement for the pre-construction section of the new Shenyang-Baihe high-speed railway was officially released. The pre-construction sections are located in Xinbin County, Liaoning Province and baishan city City, Jilin Province. They are Xinbin Tunnel (full length 10.2km), Baishan Tunnel (full length 12.7km) and Fengyeling Tunnel (full length 10.6km).

Shen-Bai high-speed railway is a new project planned by China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. in 2020. According to the contents of the tender announcement, the project is scheduled to start on October 20th, 2020/KLOC-0, with a construction period of 4.5 years and be completed by the end of April 2025.

Shen-Bai Railway is an auxiliary channel in the north-south express railway in Northeast China, the main passenger channel in the eastern part of Northeast China, a passenger railway that takes into account medium and long distance, intercity and tourism, and an important part of the national express railway network. The target design speed of the project is 350km/h, and the total investment of the project is 7159 million yuan.

The new Shenyang-Baihe high-speed railway has been approved by the National Development and Reform Commission on the Feasibility Study Report of the New Shenyang-Baihe high-speed railway (Development and Reform Foundation 20 19 196 1). The owner of the project is Liaoning Co., Ltd. of Beijing-Shenyang Railway Passenger Dedicated Line. Construction funds come from China Railway Corporation, Liaoning Provincial People's Government, Jilin Provincial People's Government and bank loans. The investment proportion of the project is 38% of China Railway Corporation, 365,438+0% of Liaoning Province and 365,438+0% of Jilin Province. The tenderer is Liaoning Limited Liability Company of Beijing-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Line.

2. Project overview

The newly-built Shenyang-Baihe high-speed railway is located in the northeast of Liaoning Province and the southeast of Jilin Province, leading from Shenyang North Station, passing through Shenyang City and Fushun City of Liaoning Province, Tonghua City, baishan city, Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture and Changbai Mountain Management Committee of Jilin Province, and introducing it to Changbai Mountain Station of Dunhua-Baihe Railway.

The specific lines are Shenyang North Railway Station (inclusive) to Changbai Mountain Station (exclusive), Jingha Expressway K703+653 (Shenyang North Railway Center) ~ ~DK0+000 (corresponding to Jingha Expressway K704+372.3 16) ~ Bai Dun Railway DBDK 1+900 (Changbai Mountain Station) under construction.

Planned construction period: 1643 calendar days, planned commencement date is 20201October 20th 10, and planned completion date is April 20th, 2025.

3, bid division

This tender * * * is divided into two blocks.

(1) Bid SBLN-TJ- 1: The starting and ending mileage of the first bid section in Liaoning is DK123+406.300 ~ DK133+700.000, and the line length is 10.294km.

The main quantities are: subgrade 0.084km；; 1 Double-track abutment (white abutment of Taibao Bridge) and 1 culvert (40.200m); Tunnel 1 seat, length 10.207km (excluding ventilation and lighting); 20.588km of type Ⅲ slab ballastless track on the main line (excluding track slab prefabrication and track laying, including track slab laying, track fine adjustment, CP Ⅲ network layout, track slab marking, loading and unloading and transportation).

(2)SBJL-TJ- 1 Bid Section: The starting and ending mileage of the first bid section in Jilin Province is DK299+513.150 ~ DK323+500.000, and the line length is 23.987km.

The main quantities are: subgrade 0.283km；; 2 double-track bridges with a length of 0.399km (from pier 76 of Jiangyuan Hunjiang Bridge to Baifangtai and Sidaobao Bridge); 2 tunnels with a length of 23.305km (excluding ventilation and lighting); Type Ⅲ slab ballastless track on the main line is 47.974km (excluding track slab prefabrication and track laying, including track slab laying, track fine adjustment, CP Ⅲ network layout, track slab marking, loading and unloading and transportation).
