Construction funds come from China Railway Corporation, Liaoning Provincial People's Government, Jilin Provincial People's Government and bank loans. The investment proportion of the project is 38% of China Railway Corporation, 365,438+0% of Liaoning Province and 365,438+0% of Jilin Province. 2. Project overview
The newly-built Shenyang-Baihe high-speed railway is located in the northeast of Liaoning Province and the southeast of Jilin Province, leading from Shenyang North Station, passing through Shenyang City and Fushun City of Liaoning Province, Tonghua City, baishan city, Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture and Changbai Mountain Management Committee of Jilin Province, and introducing it to Changbai Mountain Station of Dunhua-Baihe Railway.
The specific lines are Shenyang North Railway Station (inclusive) to Changbai Mountain Station (exclusive), Jingha Expressway K703+653 (Shenyang North Railway Center) ~ ~DK0+000 (corresponding to Jingha Expressway K704+372.3 16) ~ Bai Dun Railway DBDK 1+900 (Changbai Mountain Station) under construction.
Planned construction period: 1643 calendar days, planned commencement date is 20201October 20th 10, and planned completion date is April 20th, 2025.
