This does look like a scan. It's peaceful, and there is no defective light.

If you really want to shoot, you need a bracket to fix the camera, and then the soft light will come from the side. The distance between the camera and the book should be in the focal zone with the smallest lens deformation (50-60 of the SLR sleeve), so that the center of the page is aligned with the center of the lens. After the shooting is completed, it is enough to remove the defects, adjust the color scale and zoom.
