Shangluo College, founded in 1976, is the May 7th Normal College in Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province. 1979 changed its name to Shangluo professional course of Shaanxi Normal University. 1984 was renamed Shangluo Normal College with the approval of Shaanxi Provincial People's Government, and was managed by Shaanxi Provincial People's Government as a whole.
In 2005, it merged with Shangluo Agricultural School in Shaanxi Province. In 2006, it was upgraded to Shangluo College with the approval of the Ministry of Education. 20 1 1 became a university jointly built by provinces and cities. 20 14 was included in the first batch of pilot universities for transformation and development in Shaanxi Province.
