No charge. Hebi Library is open to the public and provides readers with reading and information services free of charge. Up to now, there are more than 680,000 books and information resources in various collections, and 18 service windows have been opened, namely, comprehensive service department (responsible for readers' consultation and accreditation), newspaper reading room, back issue reading room, book circulation department, children's reading room, parent-child reading room, disabled reading room, adult electronic reading room, children's electronic reading room, local literature and tool stack room and ancient books department.
