Yan 'an Road, Shaoxing City. Shaoxing, formerly known as Yuezhou, is a prefecture-level city in Zhejiang Province. The State Council approved China as a cultural eco-tourism city with the characteristics of Jiangnan water town. People's Library is located in Yan 'an Road, Shaoxing City, and Shaoxing Library is located in Yuecheng District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. It is a national key protection unit of ancient books, and its predecessor can be traced back to the Gu Yue Library founded by Mr. Xu Shulan, a rural sage in Shaoxing, in 1902.
