On that day, all the members of our team gathered at the home of classmate Xiao Zhang. As soon as we get there and finish it, we can't wait to make it. Some people are responsible for painting, some are responsible for coloring, some are responsible for writing, and some are responsible for cutting. Everyone is very busy. I am in charge of writing. Give me every bookmark, and I will finish it carefully. I wrote down every word meticulously. I write gently with a pencil first, and then draw carefully with a colored pen for fear of making mistakes. Look at Xiao Wang who is in charge of coloring. I saw him hanging his head and coloring the painted patterns of Haibao. He devoted himself to coloring and filling in every blank. Xiao Zhang is in charge of painting. The poster she drew is so good that it is exactly like the sample. We all screamed in surprise. After more than two hours of fighting, the Expo bookmark was finally completed with the joint efforts of everyone. We can't help smiling at each other, as if we saw the treasures of the World Expo smiling at us.
As a small host in Shanghai, the call for civilization should start from every little thing around us. I remember once my parents took me to the Century Park for a picnic. As soon as I entered the park, I ran to the lawn in high spirits. When I ran to the lawn, I was shocked and my interest was reduced by more than half. I saw napkins everywhere on the lawn, food packaging bags were discarded at will, and some garbage was still on the lawn a few steps away from the garbage bin. It's so close that I don't want to walk more. I shook my head and thought, isn't it time to welcome the Expo and talk about civilization? Why not throw rubbish into the dustbin and destroy such a beautiful lawn? At this time, I suddenly had an idea: check the garbage! This is a good opportunity for me to build a civilization with my Expo colleagues. I started at once, took a plastic bag and bent down to check it. It took a lot of effort to basically clean the lawn. Although I am sweating all over and my back aches, my heart is full of sweetness. "Better city, better life!" We should make the environment better. I hope all citizens can form good habits of caring for the environment.
The World Expo is a great opportunity to show Shanghai's image, style and Shanghai. I grew up with the Expo and did my bit for the Expo. I believe the World Expo will be wonderful because of us!
