The work mainly includes:

(1) Collect and select electronic, audio-visual and microform books and materials;

(2) Cataloging, processing, sorting, organizing and keeping books, and entering or canceling books;

(3) compiling bibliographies, indexes and abstracts of books and materials to provide reference services for users;

(4) compiling bibliographic databases and reader databases, managing reading rooms, and providing reading circulation services and lending services;

(5) Providing literature research and information consulting services on completed topics and special topics;

(6) Carry out academic exchange activities according to the needs of work and society.
