On September 16, Handan Library officially opened to the public. The library has more than 400,000 books and more than 300 kinds of newspapers and periodicals/kloc-0.

Handan Library has reader service windows, such as literature reading room, parent-child reading room, children's reading room, electronic reading room, ancient books local literature reading room, government affairs open reading room, Braille reading room, reader's study room, etc., and more than 0/000 readers are seated. The library has realized the automation, intelligence, networking and digitalization of library services, and realized the whole library coverage of wireless WiFi network. Residents who have reached the age of 14 can apply for readers' cards in the library with their second-generation ID cards, children aged 8 to 13 can apply for children's readers' cards with their household registration books, and children aged 3 to 8 can apply for parent-child reading cards with their household registration books 1 photos.

Handan Library is open from Tuesday to Sunday in summer (June1-August 3 1), from 9: 00 am to12: 00 pm and from 2: 30 pm to 6: 00 pm. Winter (September1-May 3 1), Tuesday to Friday, from 9: 00 am to 12: 00 pm and from 2: 00 pm to 6: 00 pm; Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 9: 00 am-12: 00 pm, 2: 00 pm-5: 30 pm. Closed on Monday; Thursday morning internal arrangement and business study.
