2. Do your best. Fully consider the economic and social development level of each district and establish a preferential treatment system for the elderly.

3. Openness, fairness, impartiality and transparency. Establish an open and transparent management system, standardize operation, strictly register, strengthen supervision and accept social supervision.

Distribution standard

80-89 years old, not less than 50 yuan per person per month; 90-99 years old, not less than 100 yuan per person per month; 100 years old and above, not less than 300 yuan per person per month.

Two. Arrangement and payment of funds

The old-age pension is arranged by the financial budget of each district and Jiangbei New District and allocated on a monthly basis. Among them, 100 old-age pension is subsidized by provincial special funds.

The household registration is in the municipal welfare institution, and the pension of the poor dependents is guaranteed by the supporting institution on a monthly basis, and the Municipal Finance Bureau settles it on an annual basis.

Check regularly. Each district should establish a regular verification mechanism. Through household surveys, letters of confirmation, information checking, third-party evaluation and other verification methods, we can keep abreast of the changes in information of the elderly.

File account management. All districts should establish and improve the management files of the pension for the elderly, so that one person has one file, the information is complete, the person in charge is responsible for it, and it is properly preserved.

Strengthen supervision and management. All districts should strictly regulate the management of pension for the elderly, resolutely implement the regular verification system and statistical reporting system, strengthen the supervision and management of pension for the elderly, and prevent all kinds of problems. The violations found should be corrected in time, and the violations of law and discipline should be dealt with severely according to the regulations.

This notice shall be implemented as of the date of issuance, and the Notice on Further Standardizing the Payment Methods for the Elderly over 80 years old shall be abolished at the same time.
