1. China citizens and foreigners can apply for our library's reader card free of charge. Readers who apply for a card must bring their valid identity documents to the reader service center on the first floor of the library, and each person is limited to one card. When they apply for a card, they must pay a deposit of 100 yuan for the reader's card. The reader's card is universal in all service windows of the library.

Readers can borrow two books and two periodicals at a time outside our library with their cards. When borrowing books and periodicals, please observe the rules and regulations of each room.

3. Reissue the card: If the reader's card is damaged or lost, you need to pay the 5 yuan fee.

4. Loss reporting: If the reader card is lost, please bring your valid certificate to the reader service center in time to report the loss, and all the losses caused before the loss reporting.

If you find the original card after reporting the loss, you can report the loss and cancel it with your valid ID card.

5. Card return: After all the borrowed books and periodicals are returned, the deposit will be returned with the reader's card and deposit receipt; If you entrust others to return the card, you must also
