The Academic Affairs Office will follow up some classes, grades and disciplines, and give guidance and coordination.

"Four" training and bridging the gap:

(1) The teaching and research group should continue to unify information, arrange plans, implement personnel, do corresponding special exercises, implement training by passing the test with small knowledge points, make up the difference, and avoid piecemeal and disorderly integration.

(2) Establish the concept that teachers and students should make up for differences first. Underachievers often close themselves psychologically and lack confidence in learning. First of all, we should devote ourselves to cultivating teachers and students' emotion, combining knowledge with emotion, and leading underachievers to make continuous progress with emotional encouragement.

③ Make-up time is unified throughout the school, with math on Monday and Thursday, Chinese on Tuesday and Friday, and English on Wednesday. In addition, teachers can flexibly make up lessons according to the teaching practice, and show more love, patience and care for the underachievers.

"Five" serious teaching and research:

The teaching and research group continues to adhere to a good teaching and research atmosphere and fully implements teaching and research activities in accordance with the assessment regulations of the teaching and research group. This semester, we should focus on exploring ways and means to carry out discipline activities. Show the model of subject activities, guide and encourage the evaluation of students' subject activities, and enrich the connotation of our school's subject activities. Light burden and high quality make teaching more effective.

"Quality" is the foundation of establishing a school. This semester, we will further study the strategies and methods of reducing burdens and improving quality. We should focus on the implementation of teachers' "five consciousnesses", students' endurance in classroom learning, students' success rate in learning, quality process management, normal teaching quality, teaching research quality and teaching responsibility quality.

(1) Strengthen quality analysis and teaching responsibility. Refine the collection of original data in quality analysis, find the success or failure of the class in group comparison, objectively assume the teaching responsibility, and find ways and means to improve the quality through comparative exchange. This semester, the mid-term survey will be analyzed by individuals and groups. Everyone will start with the collection of raw data and speak with data. Everyone will do a high-quality quality analysis.

(2) Meet the county quality survey with normal work quality. This semester, the county teaching and research section will investigate the quality of some disciplines. We will take this activity as an opportunity to further standardize teaching behavior and strengthen the quality awareness of normal work.

(3) Strengthen the research on classroom teaching. This semester, we will focus on the teaching of review class and conduct a special study on how to do a good job in review class. Each teaching and research group will introduce a mature lesson to the whole school and show it to the whole school.

(4) Continue to do a good job in the normal training of each competition and training group. Competition groups and excellent training groups in various disciplines should attach importance to the quality of normal training, arrange the teaching process reasonably, make a good semester training plan, and do a good job in training on time and with good quality. Among them, the mathematics training groups of all grades should train normally as planned.
