Green two-star building refers to a building that meets the two-star evaluation standard of green building (GB/T50378-2006). To achieve the six indicators of land saving and outdoor environment, energy saving and energy utilization, water saving and water resources utilization, material saving and material resources utilization, indoor environment quality and operation management, it is divided into three stars, two stars and one star from high to low. Encourage residential buildings to implement two-star and above standards for green buildings. The competent department of urban and rural construction is responsible for the supervision of the implementation process of green building projects, and relevant management institutions such as building energy conservation, survey and design, and project quality supervision will not issue construction permits to projects that have not passed the review of green building construction drawing design documents. Projects that fail to implement the technical measures for green buildings determined in the construction drawing design documents will not pass the special acceptance of building energy conservation, and will not go through the filing procedures for completion acceptance.
