Changning District Library was built on July 3rd, 1956, with the original site of 367 Jiangsu Road. June 30th 1983, moved to No.755, Loushanguan Road. In March 2007, the new library of Changning District was completed, which is located at No.356 Tianshan Road. Changning District Library is a regional cultural facility integrating lending, digital information, academic exchange, exhibition, education and training. The new building has a building area of 1.6 million square meters, a collection of more than 300,000 books, Chinese and foreign newspapers and periodicals 1.00, and reading seats 1.200.
