The people's governments at or above the county level are composed of relevant departments of the people's governments at the same level and other relevant units, and the member departments are responsible for the division of labor. Aiweihui Office of the people's government at or above the county level is responsible for the daily work of Aiweihui. Article 6 Township (town) people's governments, sub-district offices, state organs, public organizations, enterprises, institutions and other organizations shall set up patriotic health organizations or designate personnel to be responsible for the daily patriotic health work in their respective regions and units. Article 10 townships (towns) and villages shall carry out environmental improvement in accordance with the town construction plan, focus on popularizing scientific and health knowledge, improve the sanitary conditions of drinking water in rural areas, build sanitary toilets, eliminate pests and prevent diseases, and carry out activities to create sanitary townships (towns) and villages. Eleventh the relevant departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall establish and improve the health education network, and the people's governments at all levels shall organize and carry out various forms of health promotion and health education activities in a planned way.

Primary and secondary schools and kindergartens shall offer health education courses in accordance with the provisions of the state and provincial people's governments.

Citizens should receive health education and participate in health education activities.
