First of all, the colleagues here are very kind and friendly, and the atmosphere in which we work together is also very harmonious. The first thing to do at work every day is to say hello to everyone, share recent events with each other, and help each other when they encounter difficulties at work.

Secondly, as a functional department, it involves a wide range of knowledge. Besides being familiar with your own professional knowledge, you also need to know the work contents of other departments. In this process, I also learned a lot of new knowledge, such as the school management system, various rules and regulations and so on.

Finally, I want to say that although the work of functional departments is sometimes very busy, it is also very fulfilling.
