8:00 to 17:30 in winter and 8:00 to 18:00 in summer. Jian 'ou Library sprouted in 19 15 and was formally established in September of 19 18. It was named "Jian 'ou County Library" and has a history of nearly 100 years. Before the founding of the People's Republic of China, it was one of the three major libraries in this province. The library has two business hours, divided into winter and summer. Business hours are 8:00- 17:30 in winter and 8:00- 18:00 in summer.
