I am a student in our school. Outsiders can borrow books and read books, but they need a card, because they have to swipe their cards to verify their identity when entering the library.

There are no other restrictions on the area where you can borrow books after entering the gate, so you should be able to study by yourself.

But you can only borrow one Chinese book at a time. Foreign language books cannot be checked out.
