In the information age, with the construction of digital library, a series of changes have taken place in the resource system and service mode of Hunan University Library, from the traditional collection lending to the modern information center with multi-functional information service capabilities. In addition to traditional services, we have also developed multi-level and all-round featured information services, including sci-tech novelty retrieval, interlibrary loan, document delivery, topic selection service, subject information service, and subject sharing space. , and made a series of innovative explorations in reader service, and opened the first "Honesty" reading room in China. Through reader autonomy, we explored a brand-new library management mode, improved the management level of the library and saved manpower and material resources. A "service center for readers" has been initiated and set up in universities all over the country to provide "one-stop service" for readers.
