Integrate into the new environment and adapt to the new challenges
As soon as I arrived in the community where I served, I realized that everything was difficult at the beginning. I didn't know where to start in the first month, so I had to adhere to the "four-way and two-way" learning attitude of "listening more, watching more, asking more, thinking more, and taking the initiative to ask leaders and the masses". 20__, the sixth national census, I was fortunate to take part in such an important task in my first job after graduation as a community census officer in charge of the census work in my jurisdiction. As a census taker, I have participated in the census business training courses organized by two levels of government departments in Shaowu City and Shaikou Street, earnestly studied people's business knowledge, and completed the work of people and people in the area on time. During the census, I conducted a population survey from house to house, so as to make sure that "no house leaks, no house leaks, and no household leaks people". The work of popularizing people has enabled me to have a comprehensive understanding of the building distribution, population, total registered population, total number of migrant workers, number of enterprises and the basic situation of each household in my jurisdiction, and to have a good understanding with the residents in my jurisdiction. ......
