There will be a new rail transit line leading to Hongqiao hub in Waigaoqiao area in the northeast of Pudong. Recently, the special planning of rail transit 10 line (new jiangwan city-Keelung Road) announced by the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources revealed that the rail transit 10 line will be further extended and reach Keelung Road after crossing the Huangpu River.
Rail Transit 10 Line is an important city-level line in the rail transit network of this city. The first phase of the project has been put into operation, with a total length of 36.2 kilometers, running through Yangpu, Hongkou, Huangpu, Zhabei, Xuhui, Changning and Minhang, connecting Hongqiao Railway Station, Hongqiao Airport and other passenger hubs and large passenger distribution points in series, with 3 1 station.
The second phase of 10 line starts from New jiangwan city and extends eastward, with Guofan Road Station, Shuangjiang Road Station, Gaoqiao West Station, Gaoqiao Station, Gangcheng Road Station (transfer to Line 6) and Keelung Road Station.
