China's first private railway station. The former site of sunning railway North Street Railway Station is located in the staff living area of Jiangmen Dry Flower Factory, which is located in the staff living area of Jiangmen North Street Dry Flower Factory. The station building was built in 1928 (seventeen years of the Republic of China). It is the waiting building of North Street Railway Station, the terminal of Suning Railway, and the only surviving site of Suning Railway.
2. Baisha Temple
Chen Baisha, known as "one person in Lingnan", was a famous Confucian master in Ming Dynasty. The Baisha Temple in the west of Jiangmen is his former residence and his later ancestral temple. Baisha Temple was built in the 12th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1584), and has now been converted into Chen Baisha Memorial Hall, covering an area of18000m2. In the center of the square behind the tall gatehouse stands a bronze statue of Chen Baisha. Behind the bronze statue is the hometown of Baisha, including Jie Zhen Archway, Chunyang Hall, Jiezhen Hall, Chongzheng Hall and Biyu Building, all of which are buildings of the Ming Dynasty. Chunyang Hall was the place where Chen Baisha studied and gave lectures. The plaque on the door was "Dai Sheng Zhen Ru".
3. Xinhui Gong Xue
Also known as Confucian Temple and Confucius Temple, it is located on the west side of Mashan, Xinhui City. Covering an area of 12 189 square meters and a building area of 3,225 square meters, it is a key cultural relic protection unit in Guangdong Province, which was founded in Song Dynasty (1044). At that time, it was built according to the pattern of Confucius Temple in Qufu, Shandong. Gong Xue was destroyed by fire in the Yuan Dynasty and rebuilt in the Ming Dynasty. There will be reconstruction in later generations. 1956, in addition to rebuilding the remaining buildings, the Jimen (Dacheng Gate), the East-West Library, the two corridors, the Jing Zun Pavilion, the Dance Harmony Hall and the Walking Hall were rebuilt on the original site.
4. Xinhui Jingtang Library
Western European-style Jingtang Library is located in Renshou Road. Fung ping shan, a patriotic overseas Chinese, was founded in the 14th year of the Republic of China and named in memory of his father, Mr Feng Jingtang. The building area is 65,438+0,250 square meters. At the top of the back hall, Mr. Dai, curator of the National History Museum, wrote the words "Treasure House of Wisdom". The original museum is divided into two buildings, front and back, which are decorated with galleries. There is a pool in the garden, an octagonal pavilion is built in the pool, and the bronze statue of Duke Li Jing in Taichung looks radiant with a long scroll in his hand. There are gardens, pools and bridges in the back seat. The museum was destroyed for the second time. In the spring of reform and opening-up, Zhejiang Bingfen and Qin Bingkunzhong expanded their new buildings, and their equipment was improved day by day.
5. Chikan Ancient Town
Located on the bank of the Tanjiang River in the middle of Kaiping City, with an area of 6 1.4 square kilometers (including 5 square kilometers in towns and villages), it was once the seat of Kaiping County in history.
Chikan is built on the Tanjiang River, with villages on the south bank and cities on the north bank, all of which are arcades. Chikan town has a quaint taste of combining Chinese and western. Therefore, it is called "the fifth ancient town of China". Chikan Town has been successively rated as a famous historical and cultural town in China and a national key town.
