The first case: borrowing books is overdue for more than one year;

The second case: the book is overdue and has been returned, but the overdue fine has not been paid for more than one year;

The third case: theft (stealing books, stealing equipment, etc. ) is verified.

According to international practice, general negative information is kept for 7 years, especially serious and obviously malicious negative information is kept for 10 year. Negative information will be deleted from the credit report if it exceeds the retention period.

The first and second negative records of the above three situations will be saved on the credit platform 1 year; Article 3 Negative records will be kept on the credit information platform for 2 years.
