In accordance with the requirements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government to deepen the reform of the administrative examination and approval system and optimize the economic development environment, the office of the leading group for the reform of the administrative examination and approval system of the provincial government organized relevant departments (units) at the provincial level to carefully clean up the annual inspection matters of departments (units). After research by the provincial people's government, it was decided to cancel and adjust 36 annual inspection items, including: cancel 26 annual inspection items and adjust 10 annual inspection items (merge 9 similar items into 3 items and adjust 1 implementing agency); Keep 46 annual inspection items.

For the cancelled and adjusted annual inspection items, all cities, prefectures and relevant departments should conscientiously do a good job in implementation and convergence, formulate supporting measures, strengthen the follow-up daily supervision, and prevent the supervision from being "absent" or "not in place" after the cancellation of annual inspection items, especially to prevent the annual inspection in disguise in the name of annual inspection. For the reserved annual inspection items, the annual inspection cycle, handling procedures and time limit should be publicized in the office and relevant media in a timely and comprehensive manner to further standardize and strengthen supervision. Except as provided by laws and regulations, no annual inspection fee shall be charged. Strictly regulate the discretion to punish the annual inspection, reduce the annual inspection cost of the administrative counterpart, reform the annual inspection management mode based on the principle of simplification, efficiency and convenience, facilitate the administrative counterpart to handle affairs, and promote the transformation of government functions from management to service through reform, so as to truly exercise their functions and powers without offside, vacancy and vacancy, promote administration according to law, improve service level and improve administrative efficiency.
