Mangshan Mausoleum Group, the largest mausoleum group in China, is located on Mangshan Mountain, which is nearly 50 kilometers long from east to west and 20 kilometers wide from north to south in Luoyang City and Mengjin County. Including Jin Meng and Yanshi, Xigong District, Old Town and Luolong District, covering more than 20 towns and villages. The west of the mausoleum reaches Jiuliu 'ao Village, Changdai Township, Mengjin County-Yangzhong Village, Hongshan Township, Luoyang Suburb, and the east reaches Nanyoudian Village, Huashan Township-Zhong Yi Village, Yanshi Township, which is roughly distributed in an east-west belt. Mangshan Mausoleum Group covers an area of 756 square kilometers, with more than 970 large tombs and hundreds of thousands of ancient tombs.

Eight in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty, five in the Eastern Han Dynasty, five in the Western Jin Dynasty, four in the Northern Wei Dynasty, and one in the Tang Dynasty after the Five Dynasties. China is the most densely buried place for emperors. Together with the tombs of the royal family and ministers, the total number exceeds 1000. According to textual research, more than 6,000 epitaphs have been unearthed in Mangshan * *, and a large number of epitaphs have been unearthed, covering politics, economy, military affairs, culture, Chinese-foreign exchanges, ethnic relations and so on.
