It tells the intricacies of the Hong Kong police. After an action, Zhang Chongbang (played by Donnie Yen), inspector of the major crimes unit, testified in the teammate manslaughter court, telling the truth and drawing a clear line in order to uphold the principle of justice, which led to the imprisonment of several people, including his good brother Qiu Gangao (played by Nicholas Tse). The friendship of the past no longer exists. After being released from prison, several people became enemies with the police system by bloody and cruel means. Zhang Chongbang and Qiu Gangao launched a confrontation between good and evil.

Anger Felony is an action film directed by Chen Musheng and starring Donnie Yen, Nicholas Tse and Qin Lan. The film was released in China on July 30th, 20021.
