Registration and certification instructions

The registered residents in Yuhang District can register in the library (Yuhang Library) with the citizen card or the second-generation ID card, and open the document borrowing function.

Residents who are not registered in Yuhang District but hold the social security card in Yuhang District can register in the library (Yuhang Library) with the social security card (only for themselves) and open the function of borrowing documents without deposit.

Non-registered residents in Yuhang District can apply for library cards at Yuhang Library or its basic service points with their ID cards, and each card is charged a deposit of 100 yuan. If the employer issues a credit guarantee certificate, the deposit may be exempted.

Minors applying for library cards must obtain the consent of their legal guardians. The guardian takes the household registration book to the library to apply for a library card, and the guardian is responsible for the child's behavior.
