Shijiazhuang Vocational College of Industry and Commerce is a full-time general higher vocational college approved by the Hebei provincial government and filed by the Ministry of Education.

Shijiazhuang Vocational College of Industry and Commerce, formerly known as Hebei Publishing Institute,1983,65438+10 was founded by Hebei Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League in October, and was renamed Hebei Youth College in June, 1995. In May, 2003, with the approval of Hebei Provincial People's Government, it was transformed into Shijiazhuang Industrial and Commercial Vocational College.
