In order to further strengthen the prevention and control of epidemic situation in COVID-19, Rui 'an Library continued to take current limiting control according to the actual situation of the library. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Make an appointment to enter the library online (only for book return business, no need to make an appointment). Please pay attention to the official WeChat account of "Ryan Library" and make an online reservation under the menu bar "Booking into the Library". Wechat scans to check in and check out the library. Meanwhile, the number of people in the library will not exceed 400. After reaching the maximum number of people entering the library at the same time, the measures of "one out and one in" will be taken to limit the flow.

Wearing a mask is standard. Readers who enter the library after "code plus temperature measurement" enter and leave the library area through Gate 3 on the second floor. They must wear masks correctly, scan the bright code and check their body temperature (the temperature is below 37.3 degrees) before entering the library. Readers who have difficulties in using smart phones can take temperature measurements on the spot with valid certificates such as ID cards and old-age cards and register in the library. Children must be accompanied by their parents all the way to the library, and one parent is limited to two children.

Matters needing attention

(1) Return books at the self-service loan and return office on the second floor for centralized disinfection; Don't gather in the process of borrowing and returning, and keep your distance when waiting in line.

(2) Self-help borrowing and returning is the main task. If there is a need for front desk service, people in line should line up, and each person in line should be more than one meter apart.

(3) Readers are advised to mainly borrow and return documents, instead of staying in the museum for a long time.

(4) When reading in the library, two people should have a table, and readers must keep a safe distance from each other. When there are too many readers in the same place, listen to the guidance of the staff.

(5) Readers are required to wear masks throughout the museum. Please obey the arrangement of the staff when waiting in line.

(6) Hand sanitizer is handled at the entrance and service desk, and hand sanitizer is handled in the bathroom. Readers are requested to wash their hands and touch books and equipment after disinfection.

(7) Readers must obey the staff management and abide by the regulations in the museum. Those who don't listen to advice or make trouble or disturb the order without reason will be advised by security personnel to leave. If the circumstances are serious, you will contact the local police station to deal with it according to law.
