I. Background of investigation and research

1. The purpose and significance of investigation and study

Today's society is in an era of change, and fierce competition is everywhere. Natural selection, survival of the fittest If you want to stand out from the fierce competition in life and be invincible, you must plan your career in advance. It is much better, more scientific and more economical to plan your life first and then put it into practice after you have a clear understanding and clear goals.

As the old saying goes, "everything is established in advance, and it is abolished without advance"; As the saying goes, "sharpening a knife does not mistake a woodcutter" illustrates this truth. Therefore, as high school students in the new century and college students about to enter the society, it is very necessary to make their own life plans.

For college students, the significance of life planning is self-evident. Through life planning in advance, determine the best goal and make effective arrangements for achieving this goal. Choose a career to achieve this goal, and make corresponding work, training and education plans. According to a certain time schedule, according to the principles of long-term, challenging, clear, feasible, timely, adaptive and sustainable, make career plans for yourself, plan the future, and let college students enter the workplace smoothly and realize their dreams after graduation.

For high school students, many people focus on their studies without making plans for their lives, which is unscientific. In fact, the most suitable time for career planning is high school, because at this time, people's personality has basically formed, and the college entrance examination is an important factor in determining life. The college entrance examination is actually the first orientation of their future career. Before making a career orientation, they should make relevant evaluation, then make a career plan on this basis, and then choose the major of the college entrance examination according to the plan. This is the best plan. Accordingly, making a comprehensive life plan plays a key role in smoothly adapting to college life and even social life.

2. The basic concept explanation of the survey content

Life planning mainly includes five aspects: career planning, learning development planning, physical and mental health planning, life management planning and quality development planning.

Career planning refers to an organic gradual process of making a reasonable personal career goal, making corresponding education and work plans for developing and acquiring career-related factors, and taking actions according to a certain time schedule on the basis of subjective and objective comprehensive analysis of personal growth background, current resource conditions and possible future paths.

Learning development planning is to formulate clear learning objectives, form appropriate learning methods and scientifically arrange learning tasks according to individual's own situation, so as to achieve twice the result with half the effort.

Physical and mental health planning includes physical health and mental health. It requires us to correctly understand our physical and mental health and improve our physical and mental quality through self-efforts.

Life management planning includes time planning, financial planning and emotional planning. The quality development plan includes ideological and political moral quality, scientific quality, humanistic quality, physical and mental quality, practical quality and innovative quality.

Second, methods and steps

This survey is aimed at high school students and college students, and it is divided into two ways: public place questionnaire survey and online questionnaire survey. 50 questionnaires were distributed in public places, and 50 questionnaires were collected, with an effective recovery rate of 100%. 200 questionnaires were distributed online, and 86 questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 43%. There were 0/36 valid questionnaires/kloc-and the effective recovery rate was 54.4%. There are 79 high school students in the survey, accounting for 58.1%; There are 57 college students, accounting for 4 1.9%.

Third, the analysis of the survey results

1. Lack of planning awareness and insufficient mental preparation.

Choosing a career direction, expanding one's own quality and determining the future life path are important tasks in high school and university life. However, the survey shows that at present, high school students have basically not received career planning education and are uncertain about their future. A considerable number of students lack understanding and preparation when facing important choices in life. When answering the question of "separating arts and sciences", 35% people chose "clear goals" and the remaining 65%.

While investigating senior high school students, I found that whether a reasonable life plan is made in senior high school has a great influence on college students. Answering "Are you satisfied with your major now?" Only 14. 1% of college students answered "yes". The degree of satisfaction with your major is related to your enthusiasm for this major and your future career development. If you have a life plan in high school, your personal development orientation will be more accurate, and you will be more rational and scientific when choosing college entrance examination volunteers, then your future learning path will be smoother.

2. Learning ability needs to be improved, and physical and mental health needs more attention.

Learning is the most important duty and mission of students. High school and university are quite mature stages, and many changes have taken place in learning requirements, learning contents and learning methods. No longer relying on teachers, comprehensive quality, solving problems with practice, deep understanding and creative thinking all require us to make good preparations and plans for learning. On the issue of "learning autonomy", there are still quite a few students who lack their own methods and just do what the teacher says.

Health is the capital of revolution. High school students have to cross the wooden bridge with thousands of troops, while college students have to change and adapt to their living environment, psychological environment and learning environment on campus. Therefore, we can constantly meet new challenges by adjusting our physical and psychological qualities. So, what about the physical and mental health of modern students? According to the WHO Health Standard, only 65,438+06.2% people are in good health, while most people are in poor health.

3. Life is unscientific and disorganized.

High school students and college students need a reasonable view of time, financial management and emotion. With a correct view of time, you can arrange your life with ease; With the correct concept of financial management, you will tailor your clothes and spend moderately; With a correct view of emotion, you will gain affection, friendship and love. In order to complete everything with good quality and quantity within the specified time, we need to make a detailed time plan before taking action. In real life, few people know how to manage their lives scientifically and make the most of their time.

On the issue of consumption, most students can make a monthly surplus (about 88.6%) and save reasonably (about 79. 1%).

The quality has not changed from school education to self-improvement.

Facing the increasingly fierce competition and the gradually saturated talent market, constantly enriching ourselves and improving our quality in all aspects is our only way out. "The sea is wide and the sky is wide, allowing birds to fly." The external space for our development is vast. Improving quality requires scientific planning, personalized training and all-round development according to one's own situation. However, many students do not have a clear understanding of quality development, let alone a reasonable plan, thinking that quality development is a problem that school parents must worry about. Taking "social practice and community activities" as an example, all schools will carry out various quality practice activities in winter and summer vacations. The survey shows that most students either try to escape or simply cope with it, hardly realizing the importance of social practice to our future development and society.

5. Long-term planning is obviously insufficient

High school students face the college entrance examination and college students face job hunting. So what they will do and what preparations they need to make in the next few years is a question worth pondering. So how many people set themselves up? When answering "How many years have the development goals been set", 36% people have never planned, while 1 1% people have long-term plans.

Four. conclusion

1. High school students are now able and necessary to plan their own lives.

High school students' self-awareness is highly developed, and their self-awareness components are divided into ideal self and realistic self, and their self-image is gradually stable, so most high school students can make proper self-evaluation. So it is possible for high school students to plan their own lives. As far as the psychological characteristics of senior high school students are concerned, they are mature but unstable. They are good at absorbing knowledge, easy to change, correct and grow, and need experience to gradually mature. Lack of experience, but like to absorb knowledge and apply it, rich in potential development ability. Therefore, it is also very appropriate and necessary to carry out self-life planning in senior high school.

The survey results show that high school students' life goals are not clear, and they don't know their own personality, present and potential resource advantages, and there is no way to locate their own values and make them increase continuously. There is no way to get twice the result with half the effort in the present study and life. How high school students think and evaluate themselves, determine their own goals and routes, and then implement their own strategies is an urgent problem.

2. The center of gravity of college students is unreasonable, and the planning still needs to be deepened.

College students are more mature and rational than high school students. They don't have the pressure of college entrance examination, so they are more free to study and have a broader stage for development. However, in the face of the connection between campus and society, college students need a goal-oriented combination of foresight and reality to find new or potential career opportunities. Constantly enhance their competitiveness in college life and lay a good foundation for stepping into society.

The survey results show that some college students have not yet stepped out of the cycle of blind learning, while some college students have focused on online entertainment and shopping because of the end of the college entrance examination. In the process of my investigation, many college students refused to accept the investigation because they didn't want to delay the online game time. What's more, they would rather be bored than seriously think about their own life development and regard my investigation as a joke. While foreign college students have begun to work to earn money to realize their dreams, domestic college students have not even thought about the future. This contrast is something we don't want to see but have to admit.

3. Planning needs action guarantee

Success is a process in which pre-established and valuable goals gradually become reality. This process is strengthened by balance and meaningful by faith. Life planning is the need for success. It is not an objective compulsion, but a subjective requirement. As long as you realize this, your life planning will be meaningful. Planning is a kind of scheme, which should be guaranteed by specific behavior measures. Without action, even the best planning is an armchair strategist.
