Physical examination: T37.8, p 142 times/minute, R52 times/minute.
The newborn's appearance is pale, with slight purple around the mouth, no agitation of the nose, foaming at the mouth, yellow skin and mucous membrane, no bleeding point, flat and soft front fontanelle of 2cm*2cm, equicircular pupils on both sides, sensitive to light, soft neck, thick breathing sounds in both lungs, and small and medium-sized moist rales can be heard and scattered, with heart rate 142 beats/min.
Diagnosis: Neonatal pneumonia (cytomegalovirus infection)
Treatment: Principles: Pay attention to keep warm, provide oxygen, inhale by ultrasonic atomization, often turn over and pat the back, suck sputum, keep the respiratory tract unobstructed, and use antiviral drugs reasonably.
Antibiotics: antiviral drug, ribavirin.
