If you don't return to swipe your card within the specified time, the system will automatically release the seat for others to use and record a violation.

If you violate the rules for 3 times, you will lose the qualification to operate the selected landline within 10 days. Librarians will also visit the reading room from time to time. If they find that some readers have left but their status has not changed, they will set up seats to leave temporarily. It is also illegal for readers not to return their credit cards within the time limit.
