Fuzhou, called Rongcheng in ancient times for short, is a prefecture-level city, provincial capital and I-type city in Fujian Province, located between 2515' and 26 39' north latitude and 1 18' east longitude. It is a typical subtropical monsoon climate, warm and humid, with evergreen seasons.
