The New Pudong Library is located at No.88 Qiancheng Road, Pudong New Area, adjacent to China Pudong Cadre College, and in the new cultural circle of Shanghai centered on Pudong Administrative and Cultural Park. 201010/kloc-0 officially opened on October 22nd, and it is open for business for 365 days throughout the year.
