1. Each reader can only apply for one reader's card, and only the applicant can use it himself. When borrowing books in the library, readers must show their readers' cards with corresponding functions and cooperate with verification. The service password of the reader's ID card defaults to the last 6 digits of the ID card number, and the reader can modify it by himself.

2. Please keep the reader's ID card properly. If the reader's card is improperly kept, can't be used or lost, it should be reported in time. Before reporting the loss, the reader shall bear the losses caused by others fraudulently using the reader's card. You need to bring a valid certificate to reissue a card or re-apply for a permit.

3. Return the book with my valid certificate and reader's card, and refund the deposit and prepaid expenses after paying off the loan and arrears. If you need someone to return the card, you need to show the ID cards of both the agent and the reader cardholder.

4. Children and old people with mobility difficulties must be accompanied by guardians when they enter the library.

5. The number of newspapers and periodicals in the reading room is limited at one time 1. Please put them back after reading them.

6. The borrowing period of books and materials is 60 days; You can renew it through websites, libraries, etc. Each book can be renewed 1 time, and each renewal time is 60 days.

7. Please check the borrowed books and periodicals carefully when borrowing. If there are any damaged or missing pages, you can explain them to the staff and deal with them accordingly.

8. Please take good care of the borrowed books and periodicals and attached disks, and don't tear, smear, scratch, write or change them. The attached disk shall not be lost or damaged, and books and periodicals shall not be taken out without going through the borrowing formalities. Offenders shall be dealt with according to the compensation standard of books and periodicals in Huai 'an Children's Library.

9. Respect for intellectual property rights of works, copying and other acts are based on the principle of fair use, and those who infringe on the intellectual property rights of others are responsible.

10. Observe the "seven noes" and keep the library clean, quiet and orderly. Dress neatly when entering the museum, do not wear slippers and vests, and behave gracefully; Smoking, spitting or littering are prohibited in the museum; Don't talk loudly in the museum, and don't let the communication equipment make noise; Use civilized language and don't swear; Sleeping does not occupy space; Eat and drink in the designated place of the library, and do not bring colored drinks and snacks into the reading room; Please store your books, magazines, bags, food and other items in the parcel post office.
