Matters needing attention in siphon drainage installation
1, the connection end of the fused connection drain pipe should be cut flat, the connection end face and the axis of the drain pipe should be straight, and the dirt on the connection surface of the drain pipe and pipe fittings should be cleaned up.
2. The connection end of the drain pipe shall be marked according to the penetration length, and the entire outer circumference of the drain pipe joint shall be scraped off. The scraping length should not be less than the symbol specification, and should be marked twice after scraping.
3. Before the normal natural cooling time is reached, the fixture should not be removed, and no external force should be applied to the joint.
4. The welding parameters of electrofusion pipe fittings shall meet the requirements of drainage pipes and pipe fittings manufacturers.
5. After the electric fusion welding joint is connected, it should be visually inspected to meet the following requirements: otherwise, it should be reworked until it is qualified.
