What if the library borrows books but there is no borrowing record?
Return normally. The library has no records because of its own mistakes, but it still has to be returned normally. Article 53 of the Library Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Library Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that those who damage the literature information, facilities and equipment of public libraries or fail to return the borrowed literature information within the prescribed time limit, resulting in property losses or other damages, shall bear civil liability according to law.
