The Measures for the Administration of Foreign-invested Books, Newspapers and Periodicals Distribution Enterprises were adopted at the 3rd executive meeting of the General Administration of Press and Publication from June 5 to February 7, 2002 and the 4th executive meeting of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation on March 7, 2003. They are hereby promulgated and shall come into force from May 6 to May 6, 2003.
